Locations Department Workshop with Murray MacDonald
Murray Macdonald brings a wealth of experience to our industry after nearly four decades of production experience. He began his career in television working at the CBC as a cameraman, production assistant, Director, Journalist and Producer. He continues to work as a Network Television Producer with literally hundreds of Network credits on productions from all four major continents.
In 2001 our Feature Film industry began calling on Murray to scout and manage cinematic locations for Features. Since that time, he has worked on dozens of productions here in Saskatchewan as well as Winnipeg, Calgary and Kelowna. His experience as a Field Producer made for an easy transition as a Location Manager.
The one-day Workshop will be in both Saskatoon and Regina for people interested in working in Saskatchewan’s film industry.
