ScreenSask and Creative Saskatchewan have partnered to provide a four-seat meeting table for the use of Saskatchewan delegates in the Alberta / New Brunswick Room Delegate Lounge.
The table is available for booking 9 – 5 MT from June 8 – 11, 2025.
Use the calendar below to book your space. Booking are on a first come, first served basis.
Please limit bookings to 3 x 30 minute meetings a day as a courtesy to others, but feel free to use the table on an ad hoc basis if it is not booked.
(Please note that ScreenSask’s Executive Director, Robert Hardy, might show up as a co-host of your meeting. Don’t worry, he’s not going to crash your pitch. It’s just how the booking calendar works).
